Our Process
We offer a free 20-minute consultation, with no obligation. If you choose to retain our services, you will only need to attend two one-hour meetings.
We start with a design meeting where you share your thoughts on asset distribution and care preferences if you become incapacitated. You complete a questionnaire that identifies your estate needs, assets, and heirs. We review the forms, ask questions, and develop your estate plan from that meeting.
In the second meeting, we provide your estate plan in document form. We review it with you, and you sign various documents to make it legally enforceable. We provide witnesses and a notary, which are required to execute the documents.
At the end of the process, you will receive a comprehensive copy of your plan complete with tabbed pages, summaries, and instructions for handling future assets.
